How this website works

The website presents products and lets you prepare a request for a quote. It has no customer accounts, shopping basket, online payments or newsletter subscription.

In the current configuration, the form button opens your email app. The information you enter is not sent automatically to Eldiva Union and is not saved by the form code in any database. Check the message and send it from your email app. Technical data about your visit may be processed by the hosting and security infrastructure.

What information you can send and what it is used for

The request may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, type of business, product application, estimated volume and your message. We use the data you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss the products and prepare a quote. Do not include sensitive data or personal information that is not needed for the request.

Depending on the situation, the response to a contractual enquiry may be based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract; correspondence with company representatives may require an assessment of legitimate interest in the B2B relationship. Legal obligations apply to documents that the law requires to be retained. The specific legal basis and procedures must be confirmed by the company for the final configuration; the form does not request general consent for marketing.

Who may receive your data

After you send a message, Eldiva Union receives the data through the email services used for correspondence. Hosting and security involve technical providers. Google may receive measurement data through Analytics and Ads, depending on the settings and consent signals. The company must confirm the complete list of providers, processing locations and international transfer safeguards; we do not assume that all data stays in Romania or the European Union.

Retention of information

The retention period must be set with regard to resolving the enquiry, continuing the business relationship, legal obligations and any legal claims. The specific periods for correspondence and technical logs have not yet been confirmed for this working version. You can request them at elena.tilea@eldivaunion.ro.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn. Send your request to elena.tilea@eldivaunion.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including ANSPDCP (the Romanian supervisory authority).

Quote enquiries are not resolved through automated decisions. Google services may use data for measurement and, depending on consent and configuration, personalised advertising. This use is separate from the commercial assessment of enquiries.

Visit and advertising measurement

Google Analytics 4 measures pages visited and interactions, including contact clicks; Google Ads measures advertising results. Pseudonymous identifiers, device/browser information, page details, visit source and event data may be processed. Optional cookies require the corresponding choice in WPConsent. Advanced Consent Mode may send cookieless signals before consent; this does not mean no data processing takes place. You can reject or withdraw consent for optional cookies through the floating preferences button. Cookie inventory and durations are in the cookie policy; they do not automatically describe retention of all data within Google. Do not place sensitive information in URLs or enquiry fields.

This policy must be reviewed when services or data processing change. Automatic form sending is not enabled.
